What will you be doing?

• You write interviews, news items, web texts, social media posts, and articles that make complex topics easy to understand.
• You manage and develop our internal communication channels, including the company-wide newsletter and digital signage (narrowcasting).
• You develop communication materials together with external agencies and monitor quality, corporate style, and brand identity.
• You support meetings, events, and presentations, ensuring that communications are spot-on down to the last detail.
• You support the corporate social media approach and help to further strengthen the visibility of NEO NL.
• You actively seek out stories within the organization and translate them into content that appeals to colleagues and external target audiences.

Who are we looking for? 

You are a communications professional who likes to take responsibility. You enjoy working independently, but also actively seek collaboration. You feel at home in an organization where not everything is set in stone yet, and where your ideas can truly make a difference.

• You are curious, politically and administratively sensitive, and can easily switch between diverse topics. Writing is not just a task for you, but something you visibly enjoy.
• Higher vocational education (HBO) working and thinking level / Bachelor's degree equivalent.
• At least three to five years of relevant experience in communications.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written; English is the daily working language within NEO NL.
• Experience with content creation and an affinity for multimedia.
• A strong sense of administrative and political relations.
