For the start-up phase of NEO NL, we are looking for a Medior Project support / Jr. Project manager.
Your assignment You play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our ambitious program. Supporting the program and project managers across the board, you bring coherence, structure, and a clear overview to complex initiatives. Acting as the vital connecting link between various projects and programs, you carefully monitor all interfaces. You ensure that vital information is shared timely, completely, and unambiguously across the board. Furthermore, you coordinate and support standardized PMO planning, track progress, and handle reporting. You actively contribute to process improvements within the program, identifying risks and bottlenecks early on and translating them into concrete actions. With your structured approach, sharp eye, and proactive attitude, you facilitate all stakeholders in achieving our shared objectives effectively.
Your background and experience
- You hold a completed higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- You bring at least 2 years of professional experience as a junior project manager, project support officer, or in a PMO role.
- You are highly proficient in the standard MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
- You have an excellent command of both the English and Dutch languages, written and spoken.
We also value if you have:
- Experience with established project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or IPMA.
- Basic programming skills and/or experience with PowerBI (considered a strong advantage).
